Doug qualified from the London Hospital Medical College, University of London in 1977 and worked in Rayleigh, Essex for 2 years in a busy NHS practice.  In 1980 he bought his first practice in Cambridge and worked in partnership for 8 years and then as sole principal until 2001 when he sold the pratice to concentrate on this practice in Ely.  Due to redevelopment, the practice was relocated to the current purpose built premises here in Newnham St.


The practice has been mercury free since 2001.  Doug is quite convinced of the potential health issues in its use.  He takes every precaution in the removal of old amalgams to limit the absorption of mercury into the body and his is sympathetic to patients who believe their health problems are attributable to their mercury levels.

Dr Milisha completed her undergraduate dental degree at the internationally renowned Karolinska Institute in Stockholm Sweden in 2008.  She was awarded a Master of Science degree with distinction from Bristol University.  She is also the author of numerous scientific articles as well as a book on communication.


She is very passionate about all aspects of dentistry.  She has been engaged in teaching colleagues as well as working with mainly dental implants at her practice in Harley Street.  She loves to work with patients to deliver treatment to the highest standards and strongly believes in continuous professional development to keep up to date with the latest techniques and advances.  She was recenly a finalist for the Young Dentist of the Year award 2017.


Juliette Reeves E.D.H.dip. NMED

Juilette is a dental hygienist and trained nutritionist with over thirty years experience.  She writes regularly for the international dental press and is an editorial advisor to a number of dental journals.  Juliette is a media spokesperson for Wrigley, a Key opinion leader for Philips Oral Healthcare, senior UK tutor to the Swiss Dental Academy and clinical director of Perio-Nutrition.  Juiette regularly presents post graduate seminars in the UK and internationally.


As a practicing hygienist, her main areas of interest are maintaining the oral health of the implant patient and nutritional influences in periodontal disease, stress, bone density and female hormones.


She is an active ADI Member and Certified ADIA Implant Auxiliary and has received training in implant maintenance from master class academies in Geneva, Liechtenstein and the US.  Juliette is plublished internationally and regularly presents post graduate seminars in the UK and internationally and was recently elected ADI DCP Committee Member.



Debbie George BSc Dip Dent.Hyg

Debbie qualified at Liverpool Dental School.  She has many years experience working in hospital and various dental practices.


She is committed to patient care and strives to improve patients oral health.  She continues to enhance her skills by attending training courses and dental meetings.


She is a member of the British Dental Hygiene and Therapy Association.


In 2010 she was appointed as a Fitness to Practice Panel member for the GDC.
